Some say that to travel is to live. And, we could not agree with this more, ever since we had the opportunities to visit different places around the world,  we've been intoxicated with the thirst for exploration. Last year, we traveled to Europe on different occasions and today we want to share with you all some of the travel hacks we've learned along the way, with the hope to inspire and motivate you all to visit Europe this year.

1. When searching for flights to any destination, we suggest using Google flights because they display the most routes at the best prices. Another great option is the website Momondo, which we highly recommend as an alternative.

2. Since some of the flights sometimes charge an extra fee for checked baggage, we suggest packing smart. For instance, pre-select and organize your outfits according to the days you'll be traveling.

3. Be open-minded when it comes to travel within the European countries and consider the high-speed trains if you want to avoid the crowds at the airports. But, also look into economy airlines like easyJet if you're seeking an economical option to hop around different European countries and of course remember that they charge for everything.

4. For your return to the United States, download the mobile passport app to avoid long lines and breeze through customs at the airport. Be mindful that not all airports have implemented this type of service.
